The office people are very organized and cordial. Mike gave great advice after my furnace maintenance saving me $hundreds - signed up for a great Home Maintenance Plan covering furnace, A/C and water heater maintenance and more at a good monthly rate. Mike even discussed ways to handle frozen pipes during a very cold Jan-Feb, 2026 period. He also mentioned how they have over 20 skilled technicians that can be scheduled asap during emergencies. I trust this company, my first interactions with them exceeded their excellent online reputation. Great people, expertise and ethics - strongly recommend.

Dylan was very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He spent time to explain what he was doing. He also took pictures and went over the total cost breakdown with me. He told about how to save with a membership package and sent me copies of everything. Dylan and his helper were so nice that they also put everything back in the cabinet under the sink for me. I would highly recommend this company.

My HVAC stopped working and gad numerous companies in the Boston area look at it but they all seemed to be try to take advantage of the situation. However, working with Nick and Brian and every member of that team, they made the impossible possible. In every area, the were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the unit. I rarely give positive reviews but these guys took their work to the next level. I’m already looking at work that will need to be done in my other unit. As long as I am in this city, I will be a client! I recommend them 1000% great work and best price!

We had a very good and seamless experience with Boston Standard for our mini split replacement installation. It was easy to get an appointment for an estimate. Leo was quick to come over and after inspecting our existing system and discussing our needs he gave us a couple of good options at different price points with a thorough explanation of the pros and cons for the 2 systems. Once we decided on a system they were able to install it immediately over a few days. Marlon the technician in charge of the install was very professional and efficient. He and his team were communicative, polite and left all work areas spotless. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Boston Standard.

Kenneth did an outstanding job installing our new hot water heater. Despite it being late on a Friday night, he remained professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the work clearly, and ensured that installation was successful before leaving. Absolutely hands down THE best company I have used. I have no affiliation and we are new homeowners in an area where we were not familiar with contractors in the area. Our central AC needed replacement. I contacted Boston Standard and they sent out a technician (Leo) who never pressured or tried to sell us anything. He was sharp and definitely knew his stuff. We purchased a unit and the process was easy, non-pressured and their prices were great. Everything was explained with rebates ect. Two technicians, Brian and Thomas arrived on time, early even, and were both very friendly and explained the process to us. The job took two days and honestly I couldn’t be happier, they were awesome . Both Brian and Thomas are a credit to their company. Both were extremely knowledgeable and took pride in their work, from a spotless work area to the actual AC unit. I have enclosed photos, their work shows pride, everything is straight, level and honestly perfect. The second day, their two electricians arrived, Jeff and Alex. Both Jeff and Alex were awesome, they went above and beyond to have everything perfect and completed by the end of the day. They went over everything and gave easy and clear instructions on how to use the system properly. I am beyond satisfied, Boston Standard was the easiest and probably the best company I’ve used. I will continue to use them for our heating/cooling , plumbing needs. From the first communication, texts stating arrivals, their work, the equipment and their stellar technicians. I cannot possibly recommend Boston Standard enough. Had a thermostat installed, Carlos and Vanderlei were awesome!! Both were early, extremely professional and polite, they answered any questions and made sure you understood. So far every employee that has come from Boston Standard has been an excellent experience. They are all a credit to their company and I can see why the company is successful.

As of father of two boys, one ten and the other just 9 months when my 23 year old heat system finally crashed on me; I needed a company to come in right away and put in a new heating system before the winter showed up. I worked with a Carlos Teixeira, Ben Strolsky and James Gabriel and their crew of plumbers and electricians. Not only were they excellent to work with but also polite and able to answer all my questions. The team wasn't just there to install a boiler and a water heater; they were there to put me and my family at ease. I felt comfortable talking to them and as the job ended, I noticed that they do more than just plumbing so I will certainly use their services again; and recommend them to anybody who asked me for a dependable company that can help with all your homeowner needs.

Olivia, and the apprentice were very professional and knowledgeable about the job. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. She also was able to help out with a small problem with the washing machine. She recommended a local company to look at what needed to be repaired on the washing machine leak. I will definitely keep BSC on speed deal for future plumbing needs and maybe some HVAC needs in the near future. **Added a before & after picture**

This major heating system installation was effortless on my part. Brian and his crew work was efficient and I must say, the work is outstanding. They answered my questions and kept to the projected timeline. Boston Standard has returned the comfort and safety of my home.
